About Us
The Delaney Correctional Consulting Group was formed in 2022 to provide expert witness services regarding the Prison Rape Elimination Act Standards (PREA), consulting services to agencies and other entities regarding protection-from-harm best practices in adult and juvenile confinement, and PREA auditing services.
Unlike other consulting and PREA auditing entities, Delaney Correctional Consulting Group is led by a U.S. Department of Justice-certified auditor and retired Senior Trial Attorney in the Department’s Special Litigation Section – the agency charged with enforcing the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA).
